FOI Request - EDU-2020-02951 A copy of an itemized budget that supports School District 61's claim of a $79.7M budget for Vic High's seismic upgrade. In this itemized budget, the aspects of the project that comprise the $2.6M shortfall should be highlighted for clarity. If the budget for Vic High's seismic upgrade is, in fact, $77.1M, or some other figure, please provide records confirming this fact. If no budget for $79.7M exists, then please make that fact clear as well. Please also provide a document confirming whether or not the Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC) funding is included in the $77.1M seismic upgrade budget provided by the Ministry or if the $6M NLC is supported by separate funding. If so, please provide documentation of this source of funding. In addition, please provide the site plans for Vic High that show the location of the NLC as well as any parking or other amenities that are associated with this facility.
