FOI Request - EML-2023-30203 This FOI request is in response to an EMLI site visit on May 27th, 2021. EMLI requested an inspection at the Teck Resources Ltd. Beaverdell mine site, located within the community of Beaverdell, BC, in response to a resident complaint. Teck was not provided with any details about what the complaint was or who initiated it. As a result to better understand the compliant and EMLI's inspection and results thereof, we are requesting the following information: on the nature, details and contact name of the compliant which initiated an inspection on May 27, 2021; - a copy of the inspection report with accompanying results; post-inspection findings and resolutions that came from the report; The EMLI inspector that came out to site was Adrienne Turcotte.
