FOI Request - EML-2023-32970 All records relating to a diesel spill that occurred in August 2022 at the Alpha Copper Indata Project near Albert Lake north of Fort Saint James. We are aware of one report to the Ministry of Forestry’s Natural Resource Violation Reporting Line using an online form on October 4, 2022. The report number was 197332. We are requesting all records related to the spill including any communications from the companies involved, any reporting from the company or other parties, the investigation into the spill, clean up, compliance, monitoring and media requests/responses related to the spill. Records include, but are not limited to, emails, texts, documents, meeting notes, spreadsheets, photographs, maps, site visits, cleanup plans, draft and final reports, forms and compliance orders and records. Emails may be restricted to final strings where the final string shows the entirety of the conversation. This request excludes cabinet confidences. Also the compliance history for Alpha Copper and Eastfield Resources Ltd. The time frame for the compliance history request is as far back as possible to today.
