Cullen's office and subsequently transferred to Forests, or the following November 24, 2023 media request from Jimmy Thomson: 'Hi Jason, Thanks for the call just now, I'm looking forward to the answer regarding Min. Cullen's sharing of the Pacheedaht statement. As a follow-up: I'm attaching both the draft and final statements here; the draft is the one with signatures at the bottom. What feedback did the government provide to Pacheedaht when it was sent this draft statement on April 8, four days before the statement went out to the public (primarily via Min. Cullen)? Who was involved in that process? Who, within the government, reviewed the draft, besides Eric Kristianson (then ADM of strategic initiatives within the Premier's office) Was there any negotiation regarding the interim conservation measure that is solidified in the final version but only hinted at in the draft?' Include drafts of any responses.
