FOI Request - HTH-2020-03032 Latest complete version 'BCCSS Consulting Engagement Process Review, Improvement and Optimization Project Report' or a summary of key findings including ALL recommendations; From January 2020 forward, a summary or copy of THREE maximum internal PHSA leadership reports and those to the Ministry of Health re. a. procurement services management and b. procurement services/supply chain necessary or recently made process improvements within PHSA and agencies/health authorities served by PHSA/BCCSS with progress of short-term and long-term recommendations included where indicated as related to risk to the public (low, moderate, high, etc.). A selection of one report maximum per two months, if frequent. e.g. January 2020 or February 2020 - provide any one report , March or April provide any one report AND May or June provide any one report; and, A final version or summary version of COVID-19 supply chain/procurement strategy or plan for BC health authorities including risks but not including a comprehensive daily listing of all items in inventory or use.
