A listing, description, or other such summary of requests for variances to orders refused by the Provincial Health Officer, which at minimum indicates the number of variance requests refused for each order;
Copies of all internal correspondence, including emails, notes from phone calls, letters, and similar, related to the Provincial Health Officer's decision to suspend the taking of requests for reconsideration to the orders.
