FOI Request - HTH-2022-21074 The Order of the Provincial Health Officer: Hospital and Community (Health Care and Other Services) COVID-19 Vaccination Status Information and Preventative Measures – November 9, 2021, and its updates, (hereafter referred to as “health order”), this is to request transcripts of emails, briefing notes, phone conversations, and meetings involving, individually and collectively, Premier Horgan and his cabinet, Minister Dix, Provincial Health Officer Henry, and their deputies, support staff, and media handlers, pertaining to discussion of the number of healthcare workers in BC terminated for non-compliance with the mandatory COVID-vaccination requirement of that health order. This would include projections, ahead of the October 26, 2021 deadline, of the number of employees expected to be fired for non-compliance with the mandatory COVID-vaccination requirement of that health order and, after the October 26, 2021 deadline, the record of the number of employees actually fired for non-compliance with the mandatory COVID-vaccination requirement of that health order.
