FOI Request - HTH-2023-31407 Records regarding the licensing details of the Salesforce platform and associated software that is/was being used by the Ministry of Health for COVID vaccinations (www.getvaccinated.gov.bc.ca). I am looking to confirm the licensing model and per-user/per-month fees - for all accounts and or logins. These should be broken down by Year 2020, 2021, 2022 and licenses consumed/costs to date in 2023. I would like the cost by year of the teams/call centers that built and support the COVID vaccination program also broken down by years 2020, 2021, 2022, and costs to date 2023.
