Such documentation would include but not be limited to letters MoE to/from Rustad Bros. or BCR Properties, spill reports, investigation reports, approvals, Ministry instruments, reports from consultants, etc. For clarity we are not requesting any documentation relating to the Rustad air discharge permit. The documentation we seek would include but not be limited to the following: July 31, 1996 glycol spill; April 25, 1996 diesel ust spill; Oct 9, 1997 hydraulic oil spill; June 20, 1989 oil spill; Jan 22, 1996 glycol spill; June 22, 1996 warning letter sent to Rustad Bros.; Oct 10, 1997 letter from from Rustad Bros to Blake Medlar including all attachments; Aug 27, 1997 letter from Ian Mitchel to BC Properties; June 10, 1996 report regarding underground storage tank removal re UST Tank #8; Sept 30, 1996 report from AGRA Earth & Environmental re UST Tank #8.
