FOI Request - PSS-2021-11236 Seeking information on the Criminal Records Review Program guidelines as they pertain to the review of Conditional Discharges and Pardons/Record Suspensions. Records showing how the CRRP utilizes or considers dispositions that are normally not subject to disclosure under the Criminal Records Act. Specifically I'm referring to Conditional Discharges after the 3-year disclosure period and I'm also interested in NON-Sex related Pardoned offenses. I have confirmed with the RCMP and the VPD that items of this nature would not be disclosed even during their VS checks. I would like to know if this is the case with the CRRP review under the CRRA.
