1) Records related to the drafting, negotiation and implementation of the February 1, 2011 Memorandum of Understanding between the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch and the Liquor Distribution Branch concerning the application of the administrative penalty system in the Liquor Control and Licensing Act to the Liquor Distribution Branch. 2) If the February 1, 2011 MOU has been replaced, repealed or amended provide all related records. 3) All records related to what, if any, administrative penalties have been administered by the LCRB/LCLB against the LDB and government liquor stores, since 2011 under the MOU or otherwise, including but not limited to fines or suspensions. 4) Copies of all contravention notices, waivers and notices of enforcement action issued by the LCRB/LCLB to the LDB or specific government liquor stores, since 2011. 5) Copies of LCRB/LCLB policy statements or communications confirming that the LCRB/LCLB does not issue fines or suspensions to the LDB or government liquor stores 6) Records confirming that the LCRB/LCLB issues warnings to the LDB and government liquor stores for contraventions of the Liquor Control and Licensing At but does not issue fines 7) Statistics since 2011 related to government liquor store contraventions of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and related administrative penalties incurred by them. 8) If any written warnings have been issued by the LCRB/LCLB to the LDB or government liquor stores, relating to breaches of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act, provide copies of those written warnings.
