FOI Request - TRA-2022-21525 Subdivision report/risk assessment report/geotechnical report or assessment associated with Lot 1, Plan NEP 90315, DL, 1316, KLD, 2050 Bealby Road - PID: 028151771. The RDCK, the city of Nelson (development etc.), the Ministry of Transportation were contacted and they do not have such a report. The Ministry of Transportation was able to provide the subdivision report, but no geotechnical survey was done on title. I am looking to see if this report can be found elsewhere, or where to go from here. As I have been instructed by 2 local Nelson geotechnical firms that in order to subdivide, a geotechnical report is required. I have been told by the MOT that the subdivision was done in 2010. I am looking for any paperwork indicating that the MOT did not see the requirement to have such a report done as they did not deem the property to have any risk factors.In order for land to be subdivided, there needs to be proof that there are buildable areas on both lots (in this case Lot 1 and Lot 2), so I am seeking that information.
