FOI Request - TRA-2021-12124 Road Conditions at Intersection of 119 Road and Highway 92 in Charlie Lake, BC on October 26, 2020 at 4:30 PM. In this incident a tractor/trailer slid off of the road and hit a concrete barrier: Please provide records showing that Dawson Road Maintenance was advised of the unsafe roads at the above location on October 26, 2020; provide records showing notification that was provided to Dawson Road Maintenance that noted intersection was unsafe, number of reports of the road conditions and who reported conidiations, copy of records showing the road maintenance schedule performed by Dawson Road Maintenance for October 26, 2020, for the above noted road to include time, work and actually type of maintenance performed, and if no records showing maintenance on October 26, 2020, then provide last know maintenance records for that road, showing date and time along with what that maintenance entailed.
