The TIA itself is not needed; All background traffic data and projections, as well as the estimated impacts arising from the Doral development on traffic and safety along Elk Lake Drive and the adjacent intersections of Elk Lake Drive and Highway 17 at Haliburton Road, Elk Lake Drive and Royal Oak Drive, and Royal Oak Drive and Highway 17;
All documentation related to the estimated costs and limitations of upgrading the above noted intersections that arise from background traffic factors and the impacts of the Doral development, including the extent to which each of these are contributing factors to intersection upgrades and related costs;
All documentation outlining the estimated impacts of the Doral development on the provision of emergency services at Saanich Fire Station No. 2, and the operation of the adjacent BC Transit Royal Oak Exchange; All correspondence between MoTI and District of Saanich staff and councillors, other public entities, the general public, and all interested parties regarding the proposed Doral development.
