FOI Request - TRA-2023-30102 Records on; The total volume of construction aggregate (gravel, sand, crushed stone, or rip rap) the Ministry of Transportation ('MOTI') purchased per year from external sources (and not from MOTI’s own gravel pits) for work conducted in the area referred to by MOTI as the Thompson Nicola District (the 'Thompson Nicola District'); The total amount of money spent by MOTI on construction aggregate per year for the Thompson Nicola District (not including construction aggregate from MOTI’s own gravel pits); The unit price charged by each contractor or supplier to the MOTI for construction aggregate in each year for the Thompson Nicola District (not including construction aggregate from MOTI’s own gravel pits); and The total number of suppliers of construction aggregate to MOTI in each year for the Thompson Nicola District (not including construction aggregate from MOTI’s own gravel pits). References to 'MOTI' include any of MOTI’s agents, affiliates or contractors. Requesting copies of any documents that sufficiently summarize the information set out above. Sufficient documents may include a current report, a spreadsheet that is tracking costs, a current statement of account, a general ledger summary or similar summarizing documents. Should such summarizing records not exist, then we request any group of documents that together provide this information, such as load slips, invoices, receipts, or other similar documents.
