FOI Request - TRA-2023-33386 Complete list of companies in BC who have been triggered by the NSC system to receive an NSC warning letter, safety plan assessment letter, or have been triggered for audit or compliance review by the NSC system in December 2023. Provide list with the company names and the type of action triggered. The system automatically triggers these lists on the 1st of every month, for the entire month. This search request will cover the entire list of triggered companies for this month, December 2023. A list of carriers that the current Carrier Safety Inspectors (CSI) have scheduled for audit, for the months of January 2024 to March 2024, and a list of carriers that the NSC branch management has planned or will be requesting to have CSIs audit, in the months of January 2024 to March 2024. These may be carriers that NSC management has requested CSI’s audit due to previous triggered profiles not yet audited, follow-ups to incidents, or follow-up audits not yet completed. These carriers may have received letters in the past indicating that an audit was possible, but a demographic’s letter was not sent at that time.
