FOI Request - TRA-2023-33611 Copies of the professional engineers plans for the septic systems designed for the following strata subdivisions in the West Kootenay's:
1. Grandview Properties (files names given by Michele Ihas, Provincial Approving Officer were 20521, 20181, 19832 & 2014-00067 but she states there may be more) (this strata subdivision is located about 30km East of Nelson BC and about 3km west of Balfour.) https://grandviewproperties.com/
2. Osprey Heights Subdivision, (files names given by Michele Ihas, Provincial Approving Officer were 2016-03076 & 2018-00536 but she states there may be more) (this subdivision is on Kai Rd. a few minutes West of Nelson BC.)
3. Heddlestone Village Housing Cooperative, (this subdivision is at the top of Heddle Rd. about 10 km East of Nelson BC.) https://heddlestonevillage.com/ MOTI may not have these plans according to Michele. Are these located anywhere for reference.
4. Queens Bay Resort. https://queensbay.ca/index.html Similar to Heddlestone, MOTI may not have these plans according to Michele. As I understand it, Interior Health and the Ministry of Health have nothing to do with systems like this that discharge more than 22,700 litres daily of wastewater.
