The subject site is located within 100 m (328 ft) of a Provincial Archaeological site. The Provincial Archaeology Branch granted Inspection Permit 2021-0325 on September 14, 2021. The remainder of the project is considered to retain moderate potential on the grounds of traditional place names, land use, and landscape integrity. As such, additional testing is recommended once the existing structures on the subject properties are demolished.
