FOI Request - TRA-2022-20891 Road closure records and land ownership for Crystal Waters Road (formerly Highway 97) for the road right-of-way along the properties from 18111 Crystal Waters Road, Lake Country (Kelowna) to 18311 Crystal Waters Road. Part of the right-of-way was expanded in 1977 or 1978 to accommodate a potential widening of Highway 97. A subsection of this land was returned to the lot at 18181 in 1978 or 1979 as a 'closed road'. Responsibility for the road and right-of-way was initially transferred to the Central Okanagan Regional District and subsequently to the District of Lake Country. But I understand that the land is still owned by the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.; Any historic access agreements permitting access to what was then Highway 97 from the lot which is now 18181 Crystal Waters Road (PID: 002-007-967).
