FOI Request - TRA-2022-22349 The following documents relating to the 2018/2019 Highway Maintenance Agreement:

A copy of all materials used in the Ministry's 2018/2019 Highway Maintenance Contract Training Course provided to maintenance contractors, including the slide deck and any materials provided directly to course participants.

All documents notes, emails, reports, memoranda or other communications or materials produced or received by the Ministry between January 1, 2015 and April 30, 2018 that discuss or describe the definition of 'urban highway' or 'designated bike lane' in the context of the 2018/2019 Highway Maintenance Contract or the rationale for increasing surface cleaning along 'urban highways' or 'designated bike lanes'.

For Service Area 5 Sunshine Coast, a copy of the full and complete 2018/2019 Highway Maintenance Contract, including all amendments and addenda, but excluding the Agreement and Schedules that are publicly available on the Ministry website.

For Service Area 5 Sunshine Coast, any maps, schedules, plans, worksheets, reports or other documents that indicate the location of any 'urban highway' or 'designated bike lane' within the service area.

If there are no maps, schedules, plans, worksheets, reports or other documents that indicate the location of any 'urban highway' or 'designated bike lane' within Service Are 5 Sunshine Coast, create an inventory of 'designated bike lanes' and 'urban highways' which identifies the precise location of each such 'designated bike lane' and 'urban highway' as those terms are defined in the 2018/2019 Highway Maintenance Agreement that is located in Service Area 5 Sunshine Coast.

For Service Area 5 Sunshine Coast, provide all records and reports relating to 'surface cleaning', 'debris removal' and 'accumulations' undertaken by the maintenance contractor on Highway 101 between September 1, 2021 and August 31, 2022.

For Service Area 5 Sunshine Coast, provide all correspondence between the Ministry and the highway maintenance contractor regarding failures to maintain Highway 101 as per contract specifications between September 1, 2021 and August 31, 2022.

For Service Area 5 Sunshine Coast, provide any documentation relating to penalties assessed by the Ministry against the highway maintenance contractor with respect to failures to maintain Highway 101 to Ministry specifications.

For Service Area 5 Sunshine Coast any record of 'enhanced shoulder cleaning' to ensure safe usage by highway users and any requests or communications received by the Ministry or the maintenance contractor relating to shoulder cleanings or additional shoulder cleanings.
