FOI Request - TRA-2024-40455 Information regarding the creation of new Lot 1 Block 2 District Lot 842 Group 1 New Westminster District Plan EPP105360, with a civic address of 869 Gower Point Road, Gibsons, BC (“Lot 1”). Lot 8 is situated two lots to the east of Lot 1. Lot 1 was created on August 17th, 2021, by the consolidation of previous Lot 6 and a new lot created directly south of previous Lot 6, which was initially owned by the BC Transportation Financing Authority before being transferred to the owner of previous Lot 6. Includes copies of any agreements as between the owner of Lot 6 and the BC Transportation Financing Authority; the consideration paid by the BC Transportation Financing Authority; and the details of the road dedication which runs over a portion of Lot 6 (as shown on plan EPP105360), but which road dedication does not appear on plan 3939.
